Thai Cumcumber Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 2 ounces thinly sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon thinly sliced fresh Thai chile
Directions:
Mix together and place in refrigerator until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes).
