Apricot Glacé Pie
Ingredients:
Make a regular
9-inch pie crust
, but add 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar to the recipe
1 jar apricot jam
1 jar pineapple jam
1 cup slivered almonds
1½ can (regular size) halved apricots
Directions:
Boil apricot and pineapple jam 5 minutes.
Stir in slivered almonds. Pour over apricots which have been placed in pie shell. Chill and serve cold, with whipped cream if desired.
