Apricot Glacé Pie

Ingredients:
  • Make a regular 9-inch pie crust, but add 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar to the recipe
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • 1 jar pineapple jam
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1½ can (regular size) halved apricots
Directions:
  1. Boil apricot and pineapple jam 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in slivered almonds. Pour over apricots which have been placed in pie shell. Chill and serve cold, with whipped cream if desired.
