Madeline’s Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup flour, sifted
  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°
2. Beat sugar and butter together and add eggs. Beat until mixed.
3. Add four and blend well.
4. Add vanilla and chocolate.
5. Pour into greased pie plate and bake in 325° oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
