Chimayo Chile Whipped Cream

This whipped cream can be used almost anywhere sour cream would be. Light chile flavor, goes very well with avacodo.

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions:
  1. Pour cream into a mixing bowl and add chile powder.
  2. Whip with a whisk or electric beater, until cream is stiff and hold a peak.
  3. Serve
