Brisket Quick Rub

A quick spicy rub thats great on beef brisket.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large Ancho Chiles
  • 2-3 Pasilla Chiles
  • 2 Teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Spanish Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Stick Canella Soft Bark Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Mustard 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
Directions:
Grind chiles, cumin and cinnamon and mix together with other ingredients.
