A quick spicy rub thats great on beef brisket.
Ingredients:
3 large Ancho Chiles
2-3 Pasilla Chiles
2 Teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder
1 Tablespoon Spanish Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1 Stick Canella Soft Bark Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Mustard 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
Directions:
Grind chiles, cumin and cinnamon and mix together with other ingredients.
