Chimayo Sunset Rub

Wonderful on all pork barbecue. Spinkle on anything that needs a bit of flair, nice on fruit, duck, and fish as well.

	Combine all ingredients into a large bowl
	Mix thoroughly making sure to get ingredients from the bottom of the bowl.
	Sift though a screen to break up brown sugar completely and remove any large particles.
	Store in a sealed container - Stores indefinitely, disappears quickly. :) Great for grilling too, keep some in a shaker by the stove, anytime you want to give something a bit of zi
